Second Salary Breakdown

The second salary was received on 31st July 2021, amounting to 50,000 INR. Initially, I was satisfied, but my satisfaction was short-lived when I discovered that the previous month’s bonus and a quarterly bonus were included in this salary. This discrepancy led me to estimate the next salary as 50,000 - 4,000 (monthly bonus) - 2,000 (quarterly bonus) 44,000 INR for the next month.

Third Salary Breakdown

My third salary was received on 31st August 2021, amounting to 44,000 INR. This figure was significantly lower than the previous estimates, making it very disappointing. After extensive research, I realized that my salary for the remaining months of the financial year might remain at 44,000 INR if the manager distributes the monthly bonus at its fullest possible amount.
