Hello! As a student of PIBM Batch 2018–2020, I am well-equipped to share my insights on the placement scenario at PIBM. Despite being a 13-year-old institute, PIBM has demonstrated significant growth and has firmly established itself in the market with a 100 percent placement record. It offers job opportunities across diverse sectors such as financial services, banking, insurance, consumer durables, FMCG, retail, business analytics, and BFSI. From my personal experience, more than 300 companies visit the campus each year, offering positions in top profiles such as channel management, retail management, business analyst, and HR generalist. Some of the top companies that visited our campus for internships and placements include Reliance, Deloitte, Cians Analytics, Federal Bank, RBL Bank, Haier, Marico, Reckitt Benckiser, LG, Lodha Group, Markets and Markets, Right Management, and Info Edge. The placement process at PIBM begins in the third semester, with the majority of students being placed by December '19. Several students have even outperformed during their internships and were offered permanent position offers (PPOs) by the companies. The highest package recorded for our batch was Rs. 17 lakh, while the average package was Rs. 7 lakh.
